Netcat WCM offers true collaborative authoring of large, complex documents such as proposals, contracts, manuals and compliance documentation.

Clients drive their existing large documents through Word2Site and generate a multi-page web site. Alternatively, you can create a document site from scratch directly within Netcat.

This site can then be edited using Netcat WCM and ncPublisher. Contributors can be located inside or outside the organisation. All content changes are reflected in real time, are subject to workflow driven approval and review, can be versioned and archived, with roll back and roll forward options.

Once the content has been finalised, the site can be output to any file format desired... MS Word, RTF, XHTML, TXT or PDF for printing, burning on CD/DVD or for archiving in an EDRMS system.
