Bruce Wren MBA - CEO

 

An ICT and Marketing professional with over 20 years experience,  Bruce is CEO of Australia’s largest Web CMS software company.

 

With a passion for the web, particularly the convergence of content and document management technologies and the exponential demand to place and manage content, on the internet, Bruce is spearheading Netcat’s rapid expansion in content and transformation technologies.   

 

Prior to Netcat, Bruce held senior executive positions with Vodafone, Citibank, Lanier and Infolink and has been part of three start ups, all of which have blossomed.

 

He has an MBA and is regular speaker at IT conferences.  Bruce is a keen runner and skier and needs to stay fit to keep up with his three

young children.

 

Paul Buzby - GM Sales

 

B Sc, Mech Eng, M Sc Elec Eng (and finalizing a M Com), joins Netcat as General Manager - Sales.   Prior to Netcat, Paul has held senior executive positions at SumTotal, Astea, CA, and Sun Microsystems. 

Backed byover 20 years senior level background in sales, marketing, finance, and operations within the ANZ and Asia Pacific regions, Paul's efforts have consistently guided start-ups to multi-million dollar performers, and existing companies through unparalleled growth.   Paul is acknowledged as an intuitive business strategist and balanced, profit-driven leader, expert in conceiving solutions that increase closure rates, surpass quotas, produce returns on investment, and empower teams to excel over the long-term.

 

 Andrew Baird - Account Manager and Pre-Sales Architect

 

(Technology Evangelist and IT Solutions Architect) was born in Perth, WA. Andrew moved to Sydney in 1992 looking for new challenges in IT...

 

Throughout his career, Andrew has been driving emerging technologies within the IT space. He has strived to push the boundaries of available technology to deliver more for himself and for his customers.

For 10 years (1990 – 2000) Andrew occupied various operational and management roles for Doctor Disk, a national IT solutions company which specialised in a range of data management services ranging from data conversion to data duplication and security.

 

Andrew joined Documenta in 2000 as a sales consultant/project manager where for 9 years he developed online strategies for the management of business data for customers in various sectors including Corporate, Government as well as the SME market space.

In 2009 (current) Andrew has taken an exciting new role with Netcat, an Australian company who have developed a suite of innovative products which take the concept of web content management (WCM) to new levels.

 

Andrew is a proud member of PMI (Project Management Institute) where he is currently studying to sit the PMP exam.

 

Andrew enjoys a balanced life of work and play however it is sometimes hard to spot the difference... Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, outdoor activities and socialising with friends.
